 $25 within 45 miles add $1.50 per mile after
Starting January 2016 there will be a Set up Charge of $25.00

$25 hour for Deb
$15 hr additional staff

Gratuity:
  10 people and above 20 %
  Under 10 people 15 %
  Special events 20 % and up

$5.25 per person( Bambo)
* Supplying just sliver $2.25 per person
